Stronger With You Only (2022) is a flanker in the Stronger With You line. It takes the sweeter, chestnut-vanilla gourmand base of the original and gives it a more energetic, citrusy and fougère-style twist. It aims to be more versatile and daytime-friendly, retaining warmth but lightening up the profile. 

Smell / Scent Profile

• Top Notes: The opening is bright and fresh grapefruit provides a crisp, sparkling citrus burst that gives immediate lift. Heart / Middle Notes: As the grapefruit fades, you get aromatic lavender (sometimes called lavandin), and geranium. These impart a clean, slightly herbal-floral heart that softens the sharpness of the top note and adds a classic masculine fougère character. 

• Base Notes: The dry-down is warm and sweet. Chestnut (often “glacé” or sugar-coated in feel) and vanilla form the gourmand backbone. There’s also a touch of resinous, slightly amber/cistus note contributing to lasting warmth and depth. 

Overall Feel & Character

• It feels sweet but balanced the candy-like gourmand aspects are kept in check by the citrus and herbal/floral heart.

• Because of the grapefruit and fougère twist, it’s less heavy or dessert-like than some of the other entries in the Stronger With You family. It leans more fresh and lively, especially early on. In terms of performance, it has decent longevity, but its projection (how far the scent radiates) is more subtle than some of the more intense flankers.

• Great for daytime wear, especially during spring and autumn, or cooler summer days when you want something warm yet not overwhelming. 

• Good for work or casual outings the citrus and herbal notes make it more office-friendly compared to very heavy sweet fragrances.
