LEIBISH offers a lifetime warranty and service program on eligible LEIBISH jewellery purchased through Italian Luxury Group.

This warranty is provided by LEIBISH and is administered for Italian Luxury Group customers with the assistance of Italian Luxury Group. International Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

LEIBISH products shipped internationally are delivered on a DAP — Delivered at Place — basis unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

The product price and shipping charge do not include:

• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• VAT or GST;
• brokerage or disbursement fees;
• customs clearance charges; or
• other fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority or shipping carrier.

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser or recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or carrier before the shipment can be released or delivered.

The amount of these charges is determined by the destination country and cannot be controlled or guaranteed by Italian Luxury Group or LEIBISH.

Customs authorities or the carrier may contact the recipient to request payment, identification or additional documentation. The recipient is responsible for responding promptly and completing all required import formalities.

Italian Luxury Group and LEIBISH cannot reimburse duties, taxes or customs charges paid by the recipient.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because the recipient does not pay the applicable duties, taxes or clearance fees, any return shipping, storage, customs, brokerage or related costs incurred may be deducted from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
